However should you still decide to return/exchange the merchandise, we can do that too. Contact our customer service and request an RMA #, pack and ship the unused merchandise to our address. Once we've examine the merchandise, we will refund your money. Note that non-defective merchandise will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
